Purchase Process

How To Buy Your New Puppy From Mini Teacup Puppies.

Puppy Financing Is Available On Specials Orders.

Step One:

Visit our available puppy profile. We have numerous teacup puppies with great temperaments which matches your desired choice. Inquire the puppy of your choice and contact us either by phone call or email but due to the high demand of our teacup puppies, we always advice our costumers to place their orders and reserve your chosen puppy and stay on the safe side of owning the pup.

Step Two:

Pay for your puppy or contact us for reservation (50% deposit is required to reserve a puppy). We accept credit cards and bank transfer on all orders. Contact our costumer care team for your purchase receipt. If you are paying via zelle transfer, a deposit in the amount of $1000 is required to place the puppy on hold. The deposit is only valid for 30 days.

Step Three:

Sign our purchase contract agreement. After a successful order, one of our team member will contact you by email with a Purchase Agreement and Ownership Transfer certificate within 3 - 7 days as we will have to update the puppy's health Certificate with our license VET to confirm your puppy's health status before delivery.

Step Four:

Each puppy will be taken to our certified vet by us to get his/her recent health examination. A health certificate is required for travel (this will normally take 3 days from the date of purchase) and after the health examination, a date will be schedule for your delivery ( same with pick up).

Step Five:

Once shipping arrangements has been made (Nanny services are available for $300 for buyers in the US and $450 for buyers in Canada and may cost more to buyers out of the US and CA), full payment is required to be cleared prior to delivering your puppy.

Step Six:

Generally, a puppy will be delivered within 3 to 7 days from that date of purchase but may also depend on the flight nanny delivery schedule. We have the right to hold a puppy for longer than estimated delivery date if we feel the puppy is not ready to go and cancellation will be accepted. We have a cancellation policy, please understand that after payment has been made, payment is REFUNDABLE only on a good reason.

Step Seven:

One of our caring and competent in flight nannies will take the utmost care of your puppy from our store up all the way to your delivery address or pick up location on a constant communication with the new owner. Please note you are on their schedules. So remember to be understanding of their time frames.
